My name is Mateusz Legieta, though many in the dog world know me as Matt MacGregor.
My journey with sighthounds began in childhood, surrounded by Polish Greyhounds and Salukis from my aunt and godmother’s kennel, Ranbaza.
I started out in Junior Handling, reaching the finals of the Polish Championships and earning the title of Vice Champion of Central and Eastern Europe.
Today, I handle dogs at shows all over Europe. I’ve had the privilege of presenting dogs that have gone on to win major titles – including World and European Winners (both Junior and Adult), Club Winners, national champions, and multiple Best in Show titles.
Outside the ring, I have a deep passion for art, design, and photography. I studied Media Management as well as Graphic Design, and I’ve also spent time working in portrait and fashion photography. My fashion work has been featured on platforms such as Vogue.it, TheStylisto.com, and the Australian portal Fashionising.com. This creative background allows me to merge visual storytelling with my love for dogs.
That’s why it’s such an honor to serve as the official photographer for the 50th anniversary of the Skokloster Summer Show 2025.
I’m truly excited to capture the spirit, elegance, and unforgettable moments of this iconic sighthound celebration.
